Privacy policy
This policy states what data Speed Indexing records, why, for how long and with whom. Data controller: Christophe Contard EI, contact@speedindexing.com.
What we record
- Your account: name, email address, hashed password, and, if you provide them, company name, VAT number and billing address.
- Your batches: the addresses you submit, their response code, their indexability tags, the dates on which each engine became aware of the address, and the result of the indexing check.
- Your credit movements: purchases, charges, refunds, with their date and the batch involved.
- Your payments: amount, date, Stripe reference. Card numbers never pass through our servers.
- Technical logs: IP address and timestamp of sign-ins, for account security.
The content of your pages is not copied. We read the address, its response code and its indexability tags, nothing more.
Why
To perform the contract: send your URLs, measure the outcome, keep the balance, issue the invoice. For the security of the service. To meet our accounting obligations.
For how long
- Account and batches: as long as the account exists. Deleting it erases the batches and the URLs.
- Accounting records: ten years, as the law requires.
- Technical logs: twelve months.
With whom
We sell no data. Only the processors the service needs are involved: the site host, Stripe for payment, Mailgun for sending email. Each acts on our instructions.
Cookies
The site sets a session cookie, needed to sign in, and remembers your language choice. No analytics, no advertising tracker, no third-party cookie.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection: write to contact@speedindexing.com. A complaint may be lodged with your national data protection authority.
